Tokens should be added to the scoreboard

I know that the scoreboard already has a lot of things on it but I believe that adding tokens to the scoreboard would be helpful for players. It is easier to look at the scoreboard instead of typing /tokens every time you want to check your token total.

Currently, there isn't enough room on the default board - there is room on the other boards, but it needs to look consistent - I'm thinking of removing gang information and potentially replacing it with balance and token balance information.
